Sweepers are liscenced non officials who are aloud to carry weapons, and catch criminals. They turn them into the police and naturally recieve a reward of money for doing so.
Sweepers recieve cash for capture of criminals. This cash may be spent as they please
Sweepers can find new targets on the forum from the hitlist
There are some penalties for initiating certain actions while after a criminal.
Bystander is hurt = Whatever the medical bills cost come out of the sweeper's reward
Property Damage = Whatever the repairs cost come out of the sweeper's reward
Bystander is killed = Reward is forfeit. Any funeral bills come out of the Sweeper's pocket
Target is killed = Reward is forfeit
